Joe is an Insurance Investment Solutions Advisor at NEAM, Inc. and is responsible for new business development efforts focused on the Firm's insurance company investment and capital management capabilities. He joined the Firm in 2023 having previously worked as a Client Portfolio Manager at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. At MassMutual, Joe held various positions in the firm’s investment group including Head of Investment Consulting and Investment Director. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Fairfield University. He has been employed in the investment industry since 1997.
